When it comes to foundations, I’m always spoilt for choice (lucky me). I’m testing new foundations almost every week. But when I was introduced to a foundation that is suitable after a progressive skincare treatment I was super intrigued. Let’s talk Oxygenetix Oxygenating Foundation today!
Famed “the worlds most breathable foundation” and loved by celebrities (think Kourtney Kardashian), beauty editors as well as dermatologists, Oxygenetix Oxygenating Foundation’s formula boasts the following key benefits:
- Oil-free & fragrance free
- Contains SPF25
- Water-resistant, transfer-resistant and doesn’t smudge
- Contains patented pro-healing “Ceravitae”, a super charged oxygen complex that boostss collagen cell production and connective tissue growth - promoting firm and smooth skin
- Also contains a host of skin-loving ingredients such as Aloe Barbadensis gel, Grape Seed Extract, Green Tea, Hyaluronic acid, Salix Alba Extract and Glycerin to soothe, heal and hydrate
There are 14 shades available and I believe the shade range will be extended very soon. I have swatches of 9 shades to show you here. I wear shade Creme.
As some of you might know I had a VITAGROWTH BOOST treatment at Eudelo clinic a few weeks ago (check my Instagram story highlights under “Skin treatments”) and straight after the treatment Oxygenating Foundation was applied on my red and slightly raw skin. It allowed me to venture home using public transport as normal. My inflamed skin didn’t react to the foundation at all.
The following days, my skin was very dry and textured prior to quite a bit of peeling and Oxygenating Foundation did a pretty good job of covering without accentuating the textured and dry patches. Also it feels soothing and incredibly lightweight on my skin. The coverage is light to medium with a beautiful natural finish. The foundation doesn’t smudge and lasts all day!
Fast forward 2 weeks later, my skin is back to normal (healthier) and I’m still loving the foundation just as much. I have oily skin and not many foundation can provide the coverage, longevity and the natural finish that I desire yet control my oiliness at the same time. Oxygenetix Oxygenating foundation certainly makes the cut PLUS the added assurance that my skin is allowed to breathe and heal while having the foundation on.
In summary, I can definitely understand why Oxygenetix Oxygenating foundation is very much loved by celebrities, skincare specialists and dermatologists. It is more than just a foundation, a skincare-makeup hybrid that you can rely on when your skin is at its most delicate and sensitive condition. Definitely one to have in your stash if you’re undergoing a few progressive skin treatments.
Have you tried Oxygenetix Oxygenating Foundation?
