I’ve always known that your under-eye areas give the tell-tale signs of your vitality and age. I don’t always feel the need to adhere to any eye treatments however, I sometimes just use my face moisturiser and massage it around my orbital sockets. Recently I have developed a small circular rash on my right eye lid and boy it stings when I run certain products over it. When I happened to come across MARULA Pure Beauty Oil 3-In-1 Rejuvenating Eye Treatment, I instantly had high hopes that it would provide the much needed cooling and soothing effects.
Having used MARULA Pure Beauty Oil 3-In-1 Rejuvenating Eye Treatment for over a month, I’m ready to share my experience with you.
Why was I drawn to Marula Oil products
Marula oil is known for its powerful antioxidant property, great for fighting those radicals that cause pre-mature skin ageing. With high content of antioxidants and fatty acids like Omega 6 & 9, Marula Oil would make a superior anti-aging moisturizer.
About MARULA Pure Beauty Oil
MARULA Pure Beauty Oil is co-founded by Dr Ashton Kaidi who is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and an active member of both the American Society of Plastic Surgery and the California Society of Plastic Surgeons. Upon introduction to Pure Marula Oil, Dr Kaidi saw the potential benefit for medical use. After positive independant lab testing he ran his own clinical study on post-surgery breast cancer patients. When the study came back with astounding results, he knew the powerful benefits of Pure Marula Oil must be shared.
MARULA Pure Beauty Oil goal is to create the highest quality, natural beauty products while providing a sustainable lifeline for African women and their families. Women across Africa and Madagascar work in partnership with Marula Pure Beauty Oil to wild harvest the fallen marula fruit, hand crack the nuts and carefully select only the purest blonde kernels to be cold pressed for Pure Marula Oil. With the proceeds that they earn, these industrious women feed, clothe and educate their children.
Gorgeous gold details! You pull the golden cap off to reveal a curved ceramic tip. The tip allows easy hand-free application which you might find easier and more hygienic.
3-in-1 treatment ìnused with
- Marula oil: antioxidant and anti-ageing moisturiser
- Vitamin E: antioxidant to protect your skin
- Peptides: anti-ageing properties.
I like that the cream is not too thick and has a beautiful texture, silky and velvety feel. The product absorbs rapidly leaving no greasy residue, feels lightweight and extremely soothing!
How to use
Gently pat underneath your eye area, blending inward from the outer corner
I use the ceramic tip to apply the product as well as using my fingers. I gently dot a little product on the outer corner of my under-eye areas. A little goes a long way! Massaging the product towards the inner corners. I then run the applicator/fingers over my eyelids and on my 11 lines. I get such cooling, soothing and relaxing sensations from the ceramic tip! I have been religiously applying the eye treatment twice daily.
I love that I can use the MARULA Pure Beauty Oil 3-In-1 Rejuvenation Eye Treatment prior to makeup application too. It doesn’t sit heavy at all under my makeup. My concealer goes on smoothly and I can confidently “bake” the areas without worrying that the areas would look too dry.
The reason I felt compelled to write up this post is that I have seen the benefits using the eye treatment. Firstly, my little rash disappeared after around 2 weeks of use which is a great relief for me. Secondly, I’ve noticed my under-eye areas now look well hydrated, plumped with less visible lines. I’m so pleased that my crow’s feet appearance has also improved. I do use several serums and retinol treatment in my skincare routine, I feel that this eye treatment works in great harmony with the rest of my skincare steps.
I am truly impressed by the benefits of MARULA Pure oil, I certainly will look into other products to try.
Have you tried MARULA Pure Beauty Oil products? How do you look after your under-eye areas?
