BEAUTIFUL MOMENTS WITH LABIOTTE MOMENTIQUE TIME BLUSHER

LABIOTTE always comes out with unique launches!  This time the Momentique Time Blusher has stolen my heart with the antique girly watch design.

When I posted a short video on my Instagram here, peeps were simply admiring the whimsical packaging.  The packaging comes in a size that you can hold in your hands, resembling a pocket watch in a children story-book.  Way too adorable! A collectible for sure!

The blusher comes with a cute little brush.  It is soft and flexible.  I don’t tend to make use of these brushes in general.  But if I am stuck, this will definitely do the job!  That said, they are handy for touch-ups.

There are 4 blushers in the range.

8:00 a.m: an orange coral and shimmer pearl coral resembling a refreshing morning sunlight

2:00 p.m: pink and shimmer pearl pink for an active afternoon

4:00 p.m: orange and brown resembling the subdued sunset

10:00 p.m: rose and brown for an alluring deep night look

How novel is this time concept!  It kinda picks out the blusher for you depending on the time you’re putting your makeup on.  I chose the 4:00 p.m blusher to try.  I am all about that little contour and peachy orange blushes!

Both shades in Labiotte Momentique Timer Blusher 4:00 p.m are matte.  The powders are finely milled.  The texture feels smooth and silky to the touch.  I find that the brown shade is a tad drier and less pigmented than the orange shade.   Each half of the pan is relatively small but if you own any small cheek brushes, such as Suqqu Cheek brush or Wayne Goss brush 02, they will be able to pick up individual shade just fine.  This is if you would like to contour and have a pop of orange on your cheeks.  Otherwise you can just swirl your brush in for a resultant darker orange shade.

Both shades blend out well on top of my base products.  The finely-milled powders meld right into my skin imperceptibly.  They last incredibly well on my oily skin, over 6 hours before I notice any fading.  The shades stay true to colour during wear.

Below are the swatches taken indoors in natural lighting.  I love that muted orange shade!

So there you have it, my perfect moment with Labiotte Momentique Timer Blusher 4:00 p.m!  I love love the packaging!  The blusher is compact and portable, making it ideal for travelling or for touch ups.  Of course, I’d like to collect them all!  The 8:00 a.m blusher looks like something I would really enjoy!

Great post! I’ve been meaning to get one of these blushes, but I have so many right now 😢 I’ll have to throw out old ones to make room for this.
