Urban Decay Afterglow 8-hour Powder Blush in Crush

Crushmain

I have been eyeing these new blushes from Urban Decay for a while…and do I need another blush? Of course not! But I want another blush…:))

So I did my research and picked Crush to try since it has quite good reviews and it is a colour that I seem to gravitate towards.

The packaging is so cute…tiny and sweet.  If I had to complain, I probably would like a mirror inside…just in case I would like to touch up on the go.

crushbackCrush is described as a medium pink and has a satin-matte finish.  On me it reads a little red so I do need to cover any redness on my skin well.

I find the texture to be very silky and smooth to the touch.  There is a sheerness feel to it but I find Crush very pigmented.  There was no powder kick-up with my Chikuhodo Cheek Brush.  It blends beautifully and very buildable.

These swatches were taken indoors in natural lighting and has been zoomed it greatly so they looks more powdery than it really is.

crushswatchCrush wears well on my oily skin for more than 8 hours.

Verdict:  Oh It was love.  I love how the sheerness translate on my skin, giving it a natural look…something you can only achieve with cream blushes.  I loved it so much that I went ahead and ordered Rapture and Quickie from the line.

I purchased mine from feelunique.com.  You can find Urban Decay Afterglow Blush from various stockists.

Have you tried any Urban Decay Afterglow Blushes?  What is your favourite blush?

Thank you for reading.

Super pretty! 😀 I like the packaging even though I normally prefer round pans for blushes (so the brushes can reach all the corners).
