Exclusive to the UK this summer, SUQQU introduces URBAN PRISM collection. The collection comprises of an Eyeshadow Compact, 2 Pure Color Blush palettes, 2 Matte Lip Crayons and new Holographic Glow Crayon.
There are peach and pastel hues as well as pops of bold, vibrant shades in this collection so time to have fun and be adventurous!
SUQQU Eyeshadow Compact 101 | £59
When I saw the sneak peeks of this palette, I was super excited. Such bold, vibrant and happy shades!
The 8 shadows (total of 12.4g) come in a variety of finishes: almost matte (the intense red shade), satin and metallic shimmer. We have shades ranging from cosmic pink, planet blue, reds to green lemon. Endless colour combinations! You can go as editorial or as natural as you wish! Do check out SUQQU UK Instagram for a variety of look inspirations.
Look at the swatches! Aren’t they simply stunning! The colour pay-off is insane; so gently dab, tap off excess before placement. The texture of the eyeshadow is elegantly smooth and soft. Also, I didn’t experience much powder kick-up, only a smidgen with the champagne gold shade.
The eyeshadows blend out effortless and layer well together. They last all day on my oily lids which is great!
I couldn’t resist but took a shot of this beauty in direct sunlight too. Check out the vibrancy!
SUQQU Pure Color Blush | £34/7.5g
These limited-edition Pure Color Blush palettes feature three shades which can be used together or alone to create natural looking blush.
It’s no secret that I adore SUQQU Pure Cheek Blushes. They are housed in a slim and sleek packaging. The powder formula is magnificent, fabulous pigmentation and blends like a dream!
There are two colour ways being released in this collection.
- SUQQU Pure Color Blush 113 Prismatic Highlighter – GENKOU contains shades of soft pink, green and blue.
- SUQQU Pure Color Blush 114 Prismatic Bronzer – KOUSAI is designed to give a sun-kissed glow.
I have pure LOVE for 114. It was what I used on my cheeks for the last 2 weeks. It offers a subtle contour, a little pink flush and a beautiful bronzed sun-kissed look. What’s there not to love!
113 is such a fun shade to play with! I primarily use it as a highlighter, sweeping it across the high points of my cheeks before layering 113 on top for that glow within effect. I also layer 113 on top of the Holographic Crayon for the extra pop.
SUQQU Holographic Glow Crayon 101 SUMIREBOSHI | £24/3.5g
This is a multi-purpose crayon that adds holographic effect when layered over lipsticks or as a highlighter.
As a crayon, this is very convenient to use or toss in your handbag for touchups. It adds that little something that brightens and jazzes up your whole look!
SUQQU Matte Lip Crayon | £24/3.3g
Who wouldn’t love a good lip crayon! They are convenient to use as well as providing precision of a lip liner.
There are two shades being released in this collection.
- SUQQU Matte Lip Crayon 104 USUKOU: a warm toned light peachy nude (this is such a perfect nude on my skin tone, light but warm enough that it doesn’t wash me out)
- SUQQU Matte Lip Crayon 105 SOMEAKA: A bold deep red
SUQQU Matte Lip Crayons are not flat matte. I feel that the formula of these has gotten even better in this collection. The colour payoff is fabulous and they feel absolutely amazing, comfortable on.
So you have yourself pretty covered with a nude for a wearable day-time look and a stunning, sexy red to rock through the long hot summer nights!
Below are the swatches of the Matte Lip Crayons. I have included a nude from previous release for comparison.
A stellar and exciting release from SUQQU! I highly recommend checking out the Eye Shadow Compact 101 and the Pure Color Blush 114.
