GWA MARBLE COLLECTION BRUSH SET REVIEW

Every time GWA (Girls With Attitude) sends me their products to try, I think to myself… this must be their best product yet… Then this Marble Collection Brush Set landed on my vanity table and I felt weak in the knees lol.  I am beyond obsessed with anything and everything that’s white marble! Not to mention my other obsession with Rose Gold… GWA has combined my 2 utmost obsessions to perfection.

I was under no obligation to write this post.  But I felt this GWA Marble Collection Brush Set deserves some detailed photography and review.

Apologies in advance for all the ramblings that’s about to happen:) When you found your perfect LOVE, both looks and personality (hah!), you can’t help but just want to sing and dance:)

The GWA Marble Collection Brush Set consists of 7 brushes and retailed at £34.99.  A real steal may I say!

In the set, there are 4 x Face Brushes

  • Flat Top Stippling Brush
  • Angled Blush Brush
  • Large Domed Powder Brush
  • Precision Contour Brush

And 3 x Eye Brushes

  • Flat Eye Shading Brush
  • Fluffy Tapered Blending Brush
  • Angled Precision Brow Brush

The brushes are cruelty free, vegan and super soft. They feel substantial and weighty in my hands. The finish is beautiful. I didn’t find any odd bristles sticking out, any remnants of glue nor unsightly joints.

Some might wonder how much you can say about brushes… I have seen and used a wide range of brushes from various price points and trust me I can say a lot! However, as per famous quote “A picture is worth a thousand words.”, let me pleasure your eyes with lots of images!

It’s all in the detail.

They are hand-crafted with marble, rose gold and two toned grey and white bristles. Very chic!

Large Domed Powder Brush

This brush is dense and ultra soft. It is perfect to dab setting powder on or to buff pressed powder foundation for a flawless finish. This is one of my favourite brushes from the set.

Angled Blush Brush

This is another soft brush. It does a fabulous job picking up powder blushes or bronzers. It blends and buffs out the powders gorgeously. Personally, I wouldn’t mind this brush to be a tad denser so I could use it to pick up cream products a little easier.

Flat Top Stippling Brush

Great brush for a quick and flawless foundation application. I use a gentle and swirling motion concentrating on a small area at a time to achieve a HD finish. For my personal preference, I would also prefer this brush to be slightly denser as I generally use full coverage foundations.

Precision Contour Brush

This is a cute size brush that is so versatile. You can use it to contour precisely as intended or you can use it to set your under eye concealer. You can also use it to buff in foundation/concealer in a small area to cover pores and imperfections more effectively.

Flat Eye Shading Brush

I enjoy using this brush to pack colour or glitters onto my eye lids. The flat surface area is generous so you can pick up enough product to build up intensity quickly. I can see myself using this to apply under eye concealer too.

Fluffy Tapered Blending Brush

This brush is nice and dense with soft bristles. It picks up eyeshadows well and does an excellent job of blending. It does a perfect job with buffing in concealers under my eyes and around the crevices of my nose too. The best thing with synthetic bristles is that you can use it with cream, liquid or powder products. This is my other favourite brush in the set.

Angled Precision Brow Brush

It performs well with my Anastasia Beverly Hills DipBrow Pomade for  a quick and defined eye brows. I like the density of the bristles and the angle they are cut at. You can also use this brush to draw your eye liners.

These GWA Marble Collection brushes wash well with no shedding nor colour runs. They dry quickly and spring back to their original shapes.

The Verdict

As you probably could guess, I adore this GWA Marble Collection Brush Set. The brushes look amazing and perform just as well. I am on a quest to hunt down a nice marble brush holder to house these beauties. Hopefully, my photos have managed to convince you to check GWA Marble Collection Brush Set out!
