Rodial products have been in my makeup rotation quite heavily recently. Some of Rodial powders has reached Holy Grail status with me. More about that on a later post! Today I have Copacabana blush* and Rodeo Drive Matte Lip Pencil* to share with you.
If you follow me on Instagram, you’re probably aware of my obsession for Lip Pencils. They are easy to carry around and eliminate the need for lip liners. Perfect for me as I’m always on the go dragging along only little clutches. Rodial Rodeo Drive has really impressed me with its pigmentation and lasting power.
What Rodial says:
Saturate your lips with intense pigmented colour with an on-trend matte finish with our Suede Lip jumbo crayon. The long-lasting, non-drying formula is enriched with Vitamin E and has a creamy texture, allowing colour to glide on effortlessly for smooth looking lips with a pop of colour.
Inspired by the sultry, more playful woman who likes to add a statement to a classic look, Rodeo Drive is a rich orange red and is perfect for glamming up your look.
Rodeo Drive lives up to all that is stated above. It is a bright, almost neon orange red. It glides on my lip easily and smoothly. As a matte lip pencil, it doesn’t dry my lips out at all. And the lasting powder is phenomenal, over 8 hours even with eating and drinking. I am in love! Some days, a little dab of this would be enough to brighten up my whole face. I also like to mix it with other nude lip liners too for an easy everyday look.
Rodial Copacabana Blusher is a coral peach shade. As a powder it has a silky smooth, almost creamy texture. It is a gorgeous shade that gives you a healthy glow. So if you don’t like shimmer in your blushes, Copacabana might just be the one for you! Copacabana has great pigmentation, blendability and lasting power. It blends flawlessly on cheeks and has a beautiful air-brushed finish. It wears well for 8 hours before some fading becomes noticeable. Honestly, I can not wait for spring to wear Copacabana everyday!
Here are the swatches taken in natural lighting:
Overall, I love Rodial Copacabana Blush and Rodeo Drive Lips Pencil. They make a perfect pair! I would definitely look into other shades to purchase. I highly recommend you checking them out, if you are looking for some pigmented, long-lasting matte blusher and lip pencil.
Have you tried Rodial products? Is Lip Pencil your thang?
Hope this was helpful.

These 2 colours coordinate so well together. The pigmentation on that lip pencil is outstanding! But I can’t stop staring at the blush – from the packaging to the colour. WOW. New wish list item!
