I was so excited when I came home from work and opened this package from Lancôme because I have been eyeing this baby for a while. So there might be such a thing as dream comes true! Yay!
Here is a glorious capture of the baby. I love the sleek design and it feels fabulous in my hand.
What Lancôme says:
STOP FAILING!
The intuitive liquid eyeliner, gives access to the closest base of the lashes from inner corner to outer wing.
START BENDING!
Lancôme’s innovative pivot eyeliner and ibendable wand, gives effortless access to both eyes. It also helps adapt to your unique eye shape.

Master an incredible precise eyeline with the ultra thin tip from the most simple look to the wildest. Discover the three longwear & smudge resistant matte shades Noir, Brun & Saphir, which last all day long.
• Easy access to the root of the lashes for an effortless application thanks to the bendable wand
• A precise line thanks to the Incredibly thin tip
• A matte finish thanks to the highly pigmented & ultra opaque formula
INNOVATIVE CONCEPTION:
• The ergonomic technique allows symmetric access to both eyes and an extremely close access at the root of the lashes, for a high precision line.
INCREDIBLY THIN TIP:
The ultra thin felt tip is supple and resistant for a smooth and precise application.
WATER BASED FORMULA

Why bend it?
Grandiôse Liner is bendable for a better control. It gives:
• Easy access to the lash line from inner corner to outer wing for an effortless application.
• Close access at the root of the lashes, thanks to the angle, for a highly precise application
• Symmetric access to both eyes for even flicks
Above is a capture of the tip.
The description on Lancôme website is not far from what I would praise on the eyeliner. The day after I received it, I frantically took photos so I can use it straightaway:) Then I had to write about it. When it is something you love, it flows…
A little confession, I have not used a liquid eyeliner for over 5 years…why? I simply find it hard getting it right. I always have to improvise and that means it would take too long to finish my makeup and I do not have time for that. Who would right! Magically, it didn’t take me long to perfect a flick today. 01 Noir is an intense matte black. I have been testing the liner the last 3 days and I am super impressed. It has lasted more than 12 hours on my oily lids and no smudging and minimal signs of line breakage.
A little black liner comparison, as you can see Lancôme Grandiôse is blacker than Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-on Zero. Stila Stay All day Intense black has a glossy finish. Lancôme Grandiôse dries down very fast. Also, Urban Decay Zero smudges easily on rubbing. Both Lancôme Grandiôse Liner and Stila Stay All Day are smudge-proof.
The application itself was very easy. If I’m honest, I thought the whole flexibility part was a gimmick when I first read about the liner. I have been proven wrong as I do find bending the applicator allowing me to slide along the roots of my eyelashes much easier. You can click the applicator both ways. I tend to click the applicator straight to create the flick. The tip also allows you to control the thickness of the line effortlessly.
As you probably could tell, it is love for me and I look forward to using it again tomorrow. If you are in the market for a new liquid eyeliner, I wholeheartedly recommend Lancôme Grandiôse Eyeliner.
Do you normally gravitate towards liquid eyeliner? Would you try Lancôme Grandôise Eyeliner?
Catch up soon beauties!
Much love always,
Sandyxo
Update: It has been barely 2 weeks since I received the liner. I am unsure if I have gotten a bad one but the liner has almost dried out:(

Thank you so much!xo
I still find liquid liner tricky to use, especially for the winged liner look. I prefer gel liners. This looks nice though. Love the Juicy Shakers you have in the background! They’re current;y one of my favorites! 🙂

I was never a fan of liquid liner until this baby. What are your fave shades of the Juicy Shaker?xo
I only have Vanilla Pop but it’s a nice shade with just enough of a tint of color to look nice. 🙂
Pretty! I would definitely try it! 🙂

I’ve been eyeing this! I use liquid liner daily – the pen type from Japan. But this one from Lancome sounds amazing AND I think the angled mechanism is genius! I got a few bent liner brushes and they’re really useful – this is the same idea as the Lancome flexible ball thingy. 😛
