Everyone is talking about Rare Beauty’s latest launch, Soft Pinch Luminous Powder Blush. There are six shades to choose from. A firm favourite of many is shade Happy, a beautiful baby pink.
The powder blush version is much more glowy and sheerer in pigment than its liquid blush counterpart. This in turns makes it perfect as a blush topper. The possible combinations are endless if you have a few of the Liquid Blush in your collection.
