Chantecaille Fall 2019 Collection pays tribute to and helps Africa’s most endangered species: the elephant, rhinoceros, cheetah, giraffe, lion, and the pangolin. In this collection, Chantecaille has created a lineup of Luminescent Eye Shades, each highlights one of the animals.
The collection comprises of:
- Luminescent Eye Shades £48 – six shades
- Lip Veil £40 – new shade Tamboti (warm nude)
- Cheek Gelée £39 – new shade Vibrant (raspberry)
Luminescent Eye Shades | £48
Each eye shade is housed in a small, sturdy compact with the animal image printed on the cover and the outer box also features the same animal. I absolutely love the details.
These iridescent Luminescent Eye Shades are infused with pure-pearl particles to give your lids that beautiful shimmer. I love that Luminescent Eye Shades are completely weightless and easily blendable, thanks to their talc-free gel-powder formula.
Also, you can use them wet or dry depending on the desired intensity.
- Cheetah – warm champagne (supports Cheetah Conservation Fund)
- Lion – golden copper (supports Lion Guardians)
- Elephant – shimmering grey taupe (supports Space for Giants)
- Giraffe – burnished brown (supports Giraffe Conservation Foundation)
- Rhinoceros – sophisticated olive (supports Sheldrick Wildlife Trust)
- Pangolin – dusky violet (supports Tikki Hywood Foundation)
I have shade Rhinoceros and it’s stunning. The embossing is a work or art!
For a light, sheer wash you could simply use your finger tips to apply, I experienced a little fallout with this Rhinoceros shade using this method. My preferred application method is to dampen my brush then pack the product onto my lid, this yields a more intense and metallic finish. Rhinoceros is such a glorious, complex olive shade that you can create an effortless and dimensional smokey eye with.
Lip Veil | £40
Tamboti is a new addition to Chantecaille Lip Veil range of lipsticks. The sale of this range supports a conservation charity that preserves the migratory path of African elephants.
It is a warm rosy nude shade that is über chic and effortless. I adore the texture of Lip Veils, always creamy and weightless. Tamboti feels super comfortable and nourishing as the formula packed with organic Baobab oil ethically harvested organic in Zimbabwe. The shade pairs well with any nude lip liner and complements smokey eye looks perfectly.
As always, Chantecaille offers more than just luxurious and exquisite quality, it’s about giving back. The Fall collection has everything to love. I have my eyes on the Pangolin and Lion eyeshadow shades next.
